We manage your professional team through the lifetime of the project including:

• Architectural design.

• Tendering to sub contractors.
•  Supervising the works.

Cost control – we compare estimates and analyse the potential sub-contractors as well as:

• Provide regular bills of quantities.
• Regular site meetings with contractors and sub-contractors.
• Provide full interpreting service at all meetings.
• All documentation available in translation.

We guide you through the planning process (acting on your behalf if needed)  with the local authorities and planning office

• Obtaining personal or corporate tax code on your behalf.
